This historical neighborhood is next to the city’s economic heart, Grand Bazaar, where lots of historical houses for Qajari’s era are locating in this area.

Because of at least fifty years of abandonment and inadequate maintenance, this area has been degrading.

So the key issues are: Dereliction, Safety&Security, Being disconnected, migrations of the residents, and Bad maintenance.
